Here at PengScape Forums we enjoy a long tradition of clean and well-mannered posting. Everyone that chooses the PengScape experience must follow several requirements. These requirements are set in place so everyone posting on the forums has a pleasant experience. Below, you will find these requirements that every member, moderator, and administrator must follow.

1.) No swearing: Just because there is a word censoring program in place doesn't mean that you can "cyber-parade" around screaming obscenities into every topic you find.

Breaking this rule will result in: 1-2 infraction points, or a two day ban, depending on the severity of the act.

2.) No personal attacks: Not under any circumstances are you to attack another forum member because of: Religious beliefs, race, politcal views, country of origin, etc.

Breaking this rule will result in: 1-2 infraction points, or a five day ban

3.) No pornography: This rule is self-explanatory. If you post any pornographic material your post will be deleted and you will be banned as we see fit.

Breaking this rule will result in: 3 infraction points, and a five-ten day ban

4.) No spamming: Any post that is off-topic, or just plain gibberish, will be deleted.

Breaking this rule will result in: 3 Infraction points, and a one day ban.

5.) No advertising: If you advertise by posting a new topic about your site, it will be deleted and you will be banned permanently. Unless, you are giving permission by me. You may advertise in your signature if you'd like.

Breaking this rule will result in: 1-3 infraction points

6.) No "bumping" threads: If you post in a topic well past it's active days your post will be deleted, and the topic locked.

Breaking this rule will result in: 1-2 Infraction points

The infraction points will be recorded in a secret database in the staff forum. This is so we don't have members claiming that we are lying. All we will have to do is flash them their record and that'll be it.

Amount of Infractions allowed to receive: 15

Every 5 infraction points you will be banned three days. After 15 you will be permanently banned.
